High-density low-temperature plasmas with degenerate species are considered in the limit of high Fermi velocities close to speed light. The small amplitude ion-acoustic solitons studied this regime. Presented analysis is based on relativistic hydrodynamic model average reverse gamma factor evolution consists equations for following functions concentration, velocity field, factor, and flux which as main variables. Justification suggested via comparison results result application Vlasov kinetic equation made linear approximation.
